This tour begins at the Ribeira de Pena Main Church (Igreja do Salvador). Throughout the route, we will pass by iconic and historically significant locations such as Lugar da Sobreira, walking along Rua Camilo Castelo Branco and the old Friúme path, often traversed by the writer himself when he lived there in the mid-19th century.

In Friúme, a mandatory stop is the visit to the former house of Camilo Castelo Branco. While traveling along the banks of the Tâmega River, no one can remain indifferent to the reflective waters of the Daivões Reservoir.

Continuing on our journey, we will pass by one of the most notable monuments in the municipality of Ribeira de Pena: the Ponte de Arame (Wire Bridge).
